Clinical Office Coordinator - Band 4

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated team player to join our clinical office. You should be well organised, flexible, as well as having good organisational skills and attention to detail, with a friendly telephone manner.

The applicant will provide comprehensive support and administrative services to the clinical office and clinical staff within the department. You will be expected to organise your workload and co-ordinate activities to ensure an efficient friendly service is provided. Complex Discharge Facilitator - Band 5

This is an exciting opportunity for a Complex Discharge Facilitator to join the Complex Discharge Team in its mission, to support the wards delivering safe, timely and effective discharge for our patients and work collaboratively with the MDT reducing Long Length of Stays in the Acute Hospital.

Working within the Integrated Discharge Bureau (IDB) you will be part of a team working to provide support on Complex Discharges to the Trust and providing support to patients, relatives and staff through admission to discharge. Within this team you will have the opportunity to develop working relationships with multiple system partners (Adult Social Care, Central Surrey Health, Continuing Health Care, North West Surrey CCG, Local Councils and others)

Willows Team Midwife - Band 6

At Ashford & St Peter’s Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (ASPH) we are passionate about delivering personalised holistic care to women and this post offers an excellent all round experience in a progressive environment, where midwives will work together to implement and develop a full range of midwifery skills.

As part of The Willows team you will be caring for vulnerable groups of women, including teenagers, substance and/or alcohol misuse, perinatal mental health and learning disabilities. As part of the Willows team you will also be part of an innovative and exciting new model of care providing presence and full continuity of care to women residing in HMP Bronzefield. The post will involve working across multiple clinical settings, home and HP Bronzefield. You will also be expected to participate in an on-call rota as part of a group practice team for the Willows caseload of women.
