|IV at Home Specialist Nurse - Band 6||
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a talented and enthusiastic Nurse to work in a specialist role. We have a vacancy for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about providing services that actively respond to the needs of patients who require antibiotic therapy. This is predominantly a field based role in a community setting and you would be joining us as we shape & develop the new IV@Home Service. The post holder will be required to deliver one to one care in the comfort of the patients home and in supporting a smooth transition from hospital to community.
Salary: £32,933 to £39,681 inc. HCAS pa

|Customer Services Advisor - Band 3||
We are currently looking for a Customer Services Advisor to join our Customer Services Team based at St. Peters Hospital.
You will required to support the whole of the Customer Services Function by providing a 24/7 Switchboard Service via a 8 week Rota pattern, rostered hours are not negotiable, the job requires some who is able to work days, nights, weekends and bank holidays, there is also an element of lone working on the night shift once full training has been completed. Also to be an active member of the Estates and Facilities Helpdesk and provide administrative support of the senior management team.

|Team Lead Speech & Language Therapist - Band 7||
We are looking for a specialist Speech & Language Therapist to join our senior leadership in Early Supported Discharge (ESD) for stroke. We are well established in NW and SW Surrey with two teams managed as one service. Our team is highly specialised and includes therapists, psychologists, nurses and rehab assistants working closely and flexibly across our sites to deliver high quality rehabilitation and support to a variety of patients immediately after discharge home and for the early weeks post-stroke. Weekend shifts are required on a rota basis, as part of our 7 day service provision.
Salary: £40,681 to £46,294 pa inc HCAS (Pro Rata)

|Sterile Services Porter - Band 2||
A vacancy has arisen in the Sterile Services Department at St Peter's Hospital for a permanent, full time porter.
Duties will include collecting contaminated scopes from various departments in the hospital and delivering them after disinfection; maintaining storage areas, receiving goods, issuing stores to work areas and other tasks within the department as required.

|Spec. Nurse Infection Prevention & Control - Band 6||
We are seeking a motivated energetic individual to join our IPC team. Our team is led by the DIPC, our Medical Director and a highly experienced Nurse Consultant. The role is clinically focussed supporting teams to ably manage alert organisms as per policy guidance, support implementation of national guidance, uphold practice, and support assurance with the audit plan. There is an element of education provision as well. As you can imagine, IPC teams are high profile and our IPC team are integral and indeed central to our Trust Strategy, with the IPC strategy central to the Trust Strategy.
