▶ Clinical Improvement Project Lead - Readmissions
This post offers an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to develop their knowledge and gain experience in project management as they support the Main Effort strategic improvement programme. This post is to provide project management support for a key enabling project, to develop and test a case management approach for patients who have frequent admissions/readmissions to hospital. The post holder will be working across professional, divisional, departmental and system boundaries to drive this key workstream.

▶ ADO - Diagnostics, Therapies & Cancer Services
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional individual to take on a challenging and highly rewarding senior leadership role within the Division.
